Privacy policy

Tradie Hubb is a workspace and storage facility at 1/398 The Boulevarde, Kirrawee NSW 2232, operated as part of Grant Property Group. You can reach us at admin@lthubb.com.au or 1300 001 054.

When you enquire, express interest or become a member, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number and business details — through our enquiry forms and our member portal (Nexudus).

We also collect limited technical information about how this website is used, through cookies and the Meta Pixel (described below).

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, to measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs and to understand how visitors use the site. The pixel may record pages you visit and actions you take on this site, and shares that information with Meta.

Visitors in regions that require consent (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) are shown a consent banner, and the pixel only runs if you accept. Elsewhere, the pixel runs as part of the normal operation of the site.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's stored data for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit, or by contacting us and asking us to note your withdrawal.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage memberships and bookings, operate the facility, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with the service providers that help us run the site and the facility, including Nexudus (our member portal) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, where permitted). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to advertising measurement at any time. Contact us at admin@lthubb.com.au and we'll action your request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
